We stayed at a charming cottage in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the city center. the room was the nicest we've had in Sri Lanka, with a big comfortable bed, state, of, the. the owner, a dedicated Sri Lankan chef, provided excellent service and delicious meals at a reasonable price. He was incredibly helpful, offering us a free ride into town and arranging a great taxi to the airport. the cottage also had a beautiful garden on the hill where we made friends with a friendly family cat. Highly recommended , it was truly a wonderful experience!

The double room at Lily Bank Cottage was absolutely charming! The highlight was definitely the cozy fireplace, which created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved curling up by the fire with a cup of tea and enjoying the peacefulness of the room.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but hey, some people might still find it perfectly adequate.

The homestay offers comfortable and clean rooms with state, of, the, art bathrooms. the shower is particularly great, providing a relaxing experience. the owners go above and beyond to provide excellent service, including preparing delicious and affordable meals. the location is convenient, with a short walk to the central street. the drive to the homestay is also an enjoyable experience.

The homestay may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, as there are two rooms.

We had a great Christmas stay at the cottage! The rooms were cozy and had amazing hot showers. The chef-owner made the best dinner we had in Sri Lanka and even prepared a delicious breakfast for us to take away on our day trip. The location was convenient, with the city center just a short walk away. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for day trips in the area. it was a satisfying and enjoyable experience.

While the surroundings weren't impressive and the cottage still had some construction work going on, it didn't really affect our stay. The language barrier with the owner was a bit challenging at times, as his English was moderate.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful homestay in Nuwara Eliya. The room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was one of the best I've had while in Sri Lanka. The shower was amazing! The host was very friendly and helpful, and even welcomed me with tea and biscuits upon arrival. The WiFi speed was great, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I highly recommend this wonderful homestay in Nuwara Eliya.

The highlight of our stay was the delicious food cooked by the owner, Priyantha, who is a chef. The shower in our room was the best we had during our travels in Sri Lanka. We also appreciated the warm hospitality and helpful recommendations provided by the owner.

Great location for exploring the surrounding area. Easy access to town. the hosts arranged a trip to tea plantations and Ramboda falls, which was a highlight. Room and garden were a peaceful oasis. Comfortable bed and the best bathroom in Sri Lanka. Delicious breakfast served by a helpful host.
